Many industrial sectors are had experienced supply problems (stock shortages, longer delivery times, quarantine of suppliers etc.) as a result of the health crisis. But restocking, or replenishment, is an essential step in the supply chain. It directly impacts a company’s performance and logistics efficiency. How can the restocking of order picking zones be simplified and streamlined to ensure the fastest, easiest, and most efficient picking possible, even in the face of unforeseen events?
